BOOKINGS, DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

 

Deposits

  • All tattoo bookings require a non-refundable £90 deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the total price of your tattoo.

  • Deposits are non-transferable between clients or artists.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Rescheduling is permitted once per deposit.

 

Minimum Charge

  • The minimum tattoo price is £80, regardless of size or design.

 

ELIGIBILITY & CLIENT REQUIREMENTS

You must be at least 18 years old to get tattooed at our studio. We strictly follow UK law and do not accept parental consent for minors.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that:

  • You are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol;

  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding;

  • You will provide a valid government-issued ID upon arrival;

  • You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions that may affect the procedure.

 

CONSENT & HEALTH FORMS

Clients must complete a consent form and provide medical information before undergoing any procedure. Failure to do so will result in refusal of service.

 

AFTERCARE & LIABILITY

You will be provided with detailed aftercare instructions. Kings Cross Tattoo Parlour is not responsible for infections, allergic reactions, or healing issues due to client negligence or failure to follow aftercare guidelines.

 

WEBSITE USAGE RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website in any way that may cause damage or hinder accessibility;

  • Engage in data scraping, harvesting, or spamming;

  • Upload or share content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights;
